with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes changes or returns are necessary.

To ensure a smooth process, we have outlined the following terms and conditions for all our digital invitations:

  1. Our prices are fixed, and there is no place for bargaining over our prices.
  2. A payment of 60% is required in advance if your order amount is more than 1000 INR, and the remaining payment is due after the finalised card.
  3. A payment of 100% is required in advance if your order amount is less than 1000 INR.
  4. Only text and images can be changed in the provided samples. Font and color changes are permitted.
  5. Only provided images will be added. You cannot change the images once added.
  6. Please provide content carefully and cross-check for spelling mistakes, as we will add the exact same content provided by you.
  7. If additional changes are required in the templates, extra charges will be applicable.
  8. Unlimited revision will be done before sending the final invitee, charges will be applicable according to the required changes.
  9. You will receive a JPEG format only, and the source file will not be provided.
  10. Payment will not be refundable under any circumstances.
